Policies - Profusion Infusion (Mobile Only)

Individuals (mobile table): A $50 deposit holds your appointment and applies to your total.

Events/Corporate: A 50% retainer is required to reserve your date/time; balance due 3 business days prior to service.

Payment methods: Card or contactless preferred; invoices available for corporate.

Arrival, Setup & Timing

We bring the table, linens, hot stones, and Profusion Infusion Oils.

Arrival window: We plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early for setup. Your hands-on time begins at the scheduled start.

Parking/Access: Please ensure convenient parking and safe access (gate codes, building entry, elevator if needed). Valet/parking fees for hotels/condos are billed at cost.

Travel & Service Area

First 10 miles included (from our dispatch point).

Beyond 10 miles, a $2/mile round-trip travel fee applies.

Strip/Resort concierge fee: +$25 per booking (hotel navigation/security time).

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Individuals:

≥24 hours notice: deposit converts to credit (valid 60 days).

<24 hours or no-show: deposit is forfeited.

Events/Corporate:

≥14 days notice: retainer refunded minus 10% admin or credited forward (60 days).

<14 days: retainer is non-refundable (credit may be offered if we can rebook the slot).

If we must reschedule (rare), you may choose a new time or a full refund of any deposit/retainer.

Peak Times & After-Hours

Fri–Sun or bookings starting after 6pm may include a +$15 after-hours fee.

Health, Safety & Comfort

RN-led standards: We screen for contraindications and adjust pressure/positioning for comfort and safety.

When to wait: Please do not book if you have a fever, acute infection, vomiting/diarrhea, new rash, or have tested positive for a contagious illness within the past 5 days.

Post-operative care/MLD: We follow your provider’s directives; massage/MLD support wellness. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Environment
Provide a clean, smoke-free space with a pet-free treatment area during service.
Sensitive to scent? Tell us and we’ll minimize aromatherapy.

Harassment-free session: Inappropriate behavior or requests end the session immediately; full fee is charged.

Minors

Clients under 18 must have parent/guardian consent and a responsible adult present in the home for the entire session.

Corporate & Events (Chair Massage)

Session lengths: 10, 12, 15, or 20 minutes (choose one per event).

We’ll help you match headcount to hours/therapists.

Space: ~8′×8′ per chair; quiet corner preferred. Over-clothing; no oils.

Add-ons: Infusion Bar, gifting, and additional therapists can be added in advance.

Gratuities

Gratuity is optional and appreciated for exceptional service. For corporate events, we can exclude tipping by default at your request.

Refunds & Credits

Services:

We do not offer refunds on completed services; if something felt off, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.

Retail:
Unopened Profusion Oils/products may be returned within 14 days for exchange or credit. Opened items are final sale.

Credits:
Service credits expire 60 days from issue unless otherwise stated.

Changes & Force Majeure

Severe weather, road closures, building/security restrictions, or events outside either party’s control may require rescheduling.
We’ll communicate promptly and prioritize the soonest available time.

Privacy

We protect your personal and health information. Intake details are used only to deliver safe, appropriate care. We never sell client data.
